This site picks up where the end of Season 9 left off. Zod and Clark had their final battle with blue kryptonite dagger and in Clark's eyes this was the only way to stop it. So he was stabbed and then Clark fell from the rooftop with the blue kryptonite sticking from his stomach as Zod was transported up to New Krypton with the rest of the Kandorians. Leaving Clark's fate up to us to decide.

Lois most likely did not move to Kenya because at the end of the last season she was kissed by the Blur who she realized(or believes) to be Clark. Oliver is missing, he was abducted by most probably Checkmate and Chloe will be working her hardest to get him back from where he is as she was on the walkie talkie with him when he was taken.
