Life Story: Very little is known about Jesse, as she's lived her entire life as an orphan. She moved from place to place constantly, as she didn't fit in in the last places she's lived. She had many problems making friends and has since stopped bothering altogether. Now that's she's found a home in the O'Ryan Mansion, she has some glimmer of hope that the other orphans there will be willing to befriend her.

She uses Electrokinesis but has hardly any control over it. She is constantly shocking her friends, though never enough to cause any severe damage to them. She can be very destructive when she's angry however.

Future Goals: She hopes to make friends and just live a normal life, but her biggest goal to find that special someone~
